I work with individuals, families and groups as a life coach and particularly as a recovery coach. I consider recovery to be rediscovering and reestablishing your essential essence--that part of you that was never damaged or lost. It's not just abstaining from destructive behaviors or maintaining sobriety. Most of the coaching I provide centers on issues of resolution, vision, transition and growth.
My principle work is a program I've developed called Recover You, which guides participants to discover the truth and the personal strengths that they already possess deep inside and that they can access to create the life they want to experience.
Other areas where I practice as a coach include, but are not limited to:

Being a Science of Mind Practitioner falls under the heading of coaching, since the two, for me, are somewhat synonymous, though used separately to honor the needs and desires of each client. I've been trained in both for nearly the same amount of time. I see the two blending seamlessly as appropriate.
The Science of Mind is a practical approach to spirituality using ancient wisdom and individual experience to form a foundation for living. The Science of Mind teaches that we are all forever and always connected to the source of life, infinite wisdom, and supreme energy/power, and that the training and expression of our thoughts and feelings creates our own reality. I help my clients connect to this way of being and living through the practice of affirmative prayer. It has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in my personal life and recovery.

In 2021, I trained as and became a Healthy Habits for Life coach after losing a significant amount of weight and improving my own health extraordinarily. It has been a fascinating journey, and one I'm happy to share. None of the mental, emotional or spiritual development can be sustained if we don't also develop a healthy physical home in which all that growth can reside! We must achieve balance in all aspects of our lives. We can't focus on one or some of the four aspects--mental, emotional, spiritual and physical--and neglect others and achieve our optimal, balanced life. For many, the physical aspect is the least considered. Let's talk about your needs to gain and maintain healthy habits of your own!
To learn more about Healthy Habits for Life, go below to COACHING APPOINTMENTS, and book a free one-hour Healthy Habits for Life Coaching appointment. These coaching sessions are free even after the first consultation to individuals who decide to follow the program using the products they purchase through me to achieve their optimal weight and other health goals.
I work directly with an extremely limited number of intensive substance abuse clients. These services fall into two specific categories. The first is intervention: assisting family and friends to intercede and redirect the life of a loved one whose is in the grip of addiction and the downward spiral substance use has wrecked in their lives. The second is recovery and relapse prevention coaching: working directly with clients to help them make progress in and avoid relapse from their recovery journey.
If you would prefer to talk with me one-on-one first about what you hope to achieve and which service might be best for you: Recovery You, Issue-Focused Coaching, Legacy Coaching, Science of Mind Practitioner, Healthy Habits for Life Coaching, or Intensive Substance Abuse Services, call or email me to discuss your questions and for permission to book a free 20-minute consultation.
